Every year, WBBA holds a meeting somewhere in the WBBA region. Meetings are open to everyone, not just members. In addition to serving as a forum for exchange of information on banding, WBBA meetings also are a great opportunity for our members to interact socially. Meetings typically run Friday-Sunday and are usually structured more or less as follows.
Friday: two field trips, one all day and one just in the morning, with a Board meeting in the afternoon and a social followed by a featured speaker in the evening.
Saturday: Banding session and demonstrations in the morning, paper presentations in the afternoon, and a banquet followed by a featured speaker in the evening.
Sunday: All-day and half-day field trips.
